At the end of the 1980s, BMW made a big impression with the launch of the first 8 Series (E31)! The success of this luxurious and original coupé was immediate. Although the 850 was a top-of-the-range car, it lacked sportiness. BMW corrected the situation in 1992 with the CSI. This variant was equipped with a big V12 engine that delighted the customers of the Bavarian brand.
