Renault 5 Alpine Turbo Navy Blue 491 1984
The R5 has been Renault's best seller since 1972. While the R5 Turbo gives you the impression of being an everyday Jean Ragnotti, the brand wants to add a Turbo to a less bodybuilt R5 to compete with the Golf Gti. The R5 Alpine was selected for this purpose. In 1985, the R5 Alpine became Alpine turbo. In addition to the 100 hp Turbo engine, the R5 Alpine took the opportunity to offer many new features: redesigned and modernized interior, new rims, Turbo logo on the grille and “A5” logo on the fenders, heated rear window with wiper… Everything was there to combine comfort and sportiness.
