At Mercedes-Benz, the G Class is a story in its own right. Developed in mind for the military, the project gave birth in 1979 to several versions, some under the label Steyr-Puch Pinzgauer, while others inherited the name Peugeot P4. It would quickly expand its market to the general public, becoming a veritable bourgeois car. Despite its advanced age, it is still seeing improvements made to it, giving it an unmistakeable allure.
