Renault 10 Rouge Etrusque 1969
During the Sixties Renault appeared to be lacking something between the R8 and the luxurious R16. While the Renault 12 was still being developed, the R10 was introduced, borrowing the central cell of the 8 as well as its doors and rear windscreen. With a longer form, the interior of the Renault 10 was better presented and had a more finished feeling to it. It was equipped with a rear-mounted 4 cylinders “Cleon Fonte” engine. This architecture made the reputation of the model, agile but difficult to handle.
