The 305 is a family sedan produced by Peugeot between 1977 and 1989. It was intended to succeed the 304, while at the same time carving out a place for itself in what was then a highly competitive market. The GTX version was marketed on the basis of the Phase 2 from 1984. It offered a more luxurious velvet interior and enhanced performance: under the hood was a 1.9L engine developing 105hp. Overall, the Peugeot 305 was a commercial success. With its discreet, sporty livery, it stands out visually from its larger siblings.
