The Quattro all-wheel-drive system was born on the Volkswagen Iltis cruising through the Dakar tracks, before being improved and revolutionizing the world rally championship with these legendary Audi. The domination of the brand and the legendary duel with Peugeot entered the pantheon of motorsports. At the 1985 Olympus Rally, Mikkola offered Audi another win.
